Community-Driven Planning (CDP) requires building genuine relationships, connecting with intention, and having the courage to imagine what often seems impossible, all while working under conditions of scarcity and urgency. Over time, this can lead to burnout and exhaustion among those who lead, facilitate, or organize community-driven processes. This 2.5-hour interactive virtual workshop will explore how caring for ourselves and others is not separate from the work, it is the true pillar of resilience that sustains long-term commitment to CDP. Through healing, creative, and embodied practices, this workshop will give participants the opportunity to reconnect with their own sources of energy and balance.
