June 2026 - NACRP Quarterly Member Call

Our Summer quarterly member call was held on Thursday, June 25th from 12-1pm PT/ 2-3pm CT/ 3-4pm ET.‍

We were excited to welcome Downwinders at Risk, an environmental justice organization that works alongside local residents and community-based organizations to advance environmental justice in Dallas through education, advocacy, and community organizing.

Caleb Roberts, Executive Director of Downwinders at Risk, and Cindy Hua, Board Chair, joined us to share the story behind TOXIC TWINS, a documentary that explores the environmental injustices faced by residents of West Dallas and Joppa. The film highlights the legacy of environmental racism, how those inequities persist today, and how communities are fighting back through collective action and organizing.
