Community-Driven Planning (CDP) requires not just vision, but economic power—the ability of communities to mobilize and direct resources toward their own priorities. Through storytelling and hands-on activities, funders and practitioners will examine both traditional funding models and alternative economies of resilience that can sustain CDP work. In this 2.5 hour interactive virtual workshop, participants analyze their own funding ecosystems and articulate resource strategies that reinforce (not distort) the priorities of their communities.
